Capt. Sandeep Saraf was born in the small town of Hisar, Haryana. After completing his Graduation in B .Sc. from Kurushetra University, kurukshetra. He obtained his commercial pilot License from Hisar Aviation club for which he was sponsored by the Government of Haryana. Soon after, he started flying as a co-pilot for a Delhi based Charter Company called Mesco Airlines, where he had the privilege of flying the Prime Ministers of India and Chief Minister of various States.

After having piled up a good number of flying hours, he ventured out to make a world record by flying a micro flight aircraft from India to Oshkosh, USA.  Thereafter, he entered in to the business of aviation and started the affairs of a Delhi based company called Aviation India & Shaurya Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd.

Capt. Sandeep Saraf also setup a Simulator Training facility for helicopter in India which is the first of its kind not only in India but also in Asia.
Thereafter, he started the first fixed base operation in India at Delhi Airport, thus bringing the general aviation (Private & Charter Aircraft Operations) at par with the Commercial Aviation.
He has launched his own aviation magazine by the name of AVIATION EYE. This magazine is India’s first magazine on business Aviation.
