Milan Zatakia, an esteemed alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, has made significant strides in the aviation, aerospace, marine, and mining industries. He began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Dynamark Engineers in 1982, focusing on specialized mobile air-conditioning equipment for heavy earthmoving machinery. His vision expanded in 2000 with the creation of Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., positioning the company as a trusted service provider across several key industries in India.
A seasoned technocrat with a strong management background, Mr. Pandya holds the prestigious CFA charter from the CFA Institute, USA. His expertise in financial analysis and credit assessment has significantly contributed to CareEdge Ratings' reputation and growth. Under his leadership, CARE has expanded its presence with offices in 9 locations across India and has extended its operations internationally with subsidiaries in Mauritius and Nepal. It has also established a subsidiary in IFSC Gift City and a step down subsidiary in South Africa.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Pandya is also an esteemed faculty member at various educational forums. He has shared his insights at the South Asian Regional Forum organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and at workshops conducted by the Association of Credit Rating Agencies in Asia (ACRAA). He is the Vice Chairman of ACRAA and is also a Board member of Association of Indian Rating Agencies.
Milan has also contributed his expertise to the Civil Aviation Economic Advisory Council, appointed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, and has been a vocal participant in global industry discussions through various international aviation publications.
